Product review is just like reviewing a movie. You need to point out the bad side and to good side. It's not good to be biased. But as you noticed in the fat loss arena, most reviews were not that real. Some were confusing because many of them are coming from ghostwriters out there who have not experience using the product and just want to earn money out of writing nonsense claims. If you have not read the book yet, there's a so-called calorie shifting method which will definitely teach you to have a shift on protein and carbo foodstuff without facing difficulties. The author also explains that importance of diet when losing pounds. When you go on diet, your metabolism slows down and goes contrast to the weight loss process.

Pros

You do not need to stop eating. You can eat what you want as long as you follow the method indicated on the book.

• The book does not tolerate using generic food supplements and buying fancy gym equipments. It's purely diet and natural exercise.
• You do not need to limit particular food groups because there's a diet generator available in their site.
• You are free to ask questions directly from the author
• The unsolicited testimonials are all favorable.

Cons

• If you are looking for a guide that involves exercise, this stuff would not fit for you. It's because the book does not contain information regarding workout routine and body exercises.
• The diet is designed to lose weight. But if you want to build muscles, you should work hard for it and search for a diet that does not contain more calories.

These are just some of the things I observed when I got the copy of the book. But so far, I find it very useful and effective.
