The stress was gone, and I began to eat more fresh fruits and vegetables, more vegetarian meals, and lots of whole grain cereals.

Within 8 weeks, I had shed 80 pounds, and I had lost the weight in my face. I have a little more work to do, as I would still like to lose another 15 pounds, but the difference in my appearance is noticeable. People really look at me when I go out to the store, or take a walk. I take pride in that they are seeing me for who I am. I think that it is important for everyone to get in touch with who they are inside, and then work to change the outside to reflect their true selves.
